Description

Fruits are rich in easily digestible sugars and vitamins. On the other hand milk submits complete proteins, sugar lactose, low fat and calcium. Often in ready muesli are added nuts to increase the protein content of food by 12-15%.

Muesli contains a carbohydrate complex with a gradual absorption curve. Pressed wheat grains, popularly but incorrectly called “nuts”, contain carbohydrates with a low to moderate glycemic index and indigestible dietary fiber, as well as a small percentage of incomplete (6-10%) proteins.

Fruits are rich in easily digestible sugars and vitamins. Milk, in turn, provides complete proteins, the carbohydrate lactose, a little fat and calcium. Nuts are often added to ready-made muesli, with the total protein content being up to 12-15%.
