I. Subject
Art. 1. These General Terms, hereinafter referred to as the “General Terms”, are intended to regulate the relationship between SYNAPSIS Ltd., hereinafter referred to as the “Provider”, the owner of the Website: www.sinapsys.bg, hereinafter referred to as hereinafter referred to as the “Website”, and each of the Users, hereinafter referred to as “the User (s)” on the Website, in connection with the use by the User of the Website.

III. General provisions
Art. 3. The Website and the services offered through it operate according to the rules described in the General Terms and Conditions.
Art. 4. The Provider does not guarantee the continued functioning of the Website, nor that the Website contains any errors.
Art. 5. The Provider reserves the right to terminate access to certain material (including, but not limited to: photos, texts, etc.) published on the Website or the entire Website, without the User’s consent, for an unlimited period of time, planned or incidental , without being liable for any damage caused to the User as a result of the suspension.
Art. 6. The Provider reserves the right to change, without prior notice, the structure or content of the Website. The changes will take effect immediately upon their publication on the Website.
IV. Features of the Service
Art. 7. The main features of the Services provided to the Users by the Provider through the Website, hereinafter referred to as “Services”, are as follows:
(1) The Provider provides the opportunity to view and share the content posted on the Website. The provider provides information about himself, his team, the services he provides, current offers, information articles, contacts, representation of his clients and partners and others.
(2) The Provider provides the opportunity to generate a telephone call through the function buttons on the Website.
(3) The Provider provides the opportunity to generate electronic inquiries through functional inquiry forms within the Website. The user should fill in the fields specified by the Provider and select the Submit button. When using this service, Users should also bear in mind that by accepting these General Terms and Conditions they are informed that the use of this service does not automatically lead to the conclusion of a contract between the respective User and the Provider, ie. sending an email request does not create an obligation for the Provider to provide a particular service and does not place the Provider and the User in contractual (bond) relations. It should be considered that the respective User who has sent an email inquiry to the Provider has concluded a contract with the Provider for the provision of the given service only after receiving confirmation in this connection from the Provider.
The Provider does not guarantee his or her ability to respond and the time within which the response will be provided.
(4) The Provider provides the opportunity to generate electronic inquiries through an email client used by the User through functional references from the Website. To do this, the User must select a specific functional link on the Website (a place where the Provider’s email address is ‘clickable’) and the device used by him / her to open a new window for writing a message from an email client embedded on the device.
The Provider does not guarantee his or her ability to respond and the time within which the response will be provided.
(5) The Provider provides an opportunity for the linking of the User to the Provider’s business profiles in the social networks, profiles and websites of his partners, clients and others. The Provider provides this opportunity for the convenience of Users by not being responsible for the content of the Referral Accounts and Websites that are not owned and / or operated by the Provider. Unless expressly stated otherwise, these Terms of Service do not apply to accounts and linked pages.
(6) The Provider provides the opportunity to use a dynamic Google map integrated on the Website. Your use of this service is subject to the applicable terms of use for Google Maps and Google Earth available at https://www.google.com/intl/en_US/help/terms_maps.html.
(7) The Provider provides the opportunity to change the content language on the Website by selecting functional buttons / icons indicating the respective languages at the top of the Website.
The Provider does not guarantee the ability to translate any content on the Website. In the event that, when choosing to change the language, the page currently viewed by the User is not available in the selected language, the User will be redirected to the home page of the website for the language of his choice.
(8) The Provider provides the User with the opportunity to register for a newsletter, hereinafter referred to as the Newsletter, in order to receive information articles, news, offers, offers and more from the Provider at an email address previously provided by the User (email ). The User expressly agrees to receive the Newsletter by providing an email address in the respective fields within the Website. After submitting his email address on the Website, the Recipient will receive an email, to the email address in question, to confirm his agreement to subscribe to the Newsletter. V. Intellectual property rights
Art. 8. (1) All information published on the Website, including but not limited to: texts, photos, audio and video materials, is the intellectual property of the Provider or is used by the Provider legally and as such is protected by the current legislation on the protection of intellectual property, including but not limited to the protection of copyright and related rights.
(2) The provider reserves all the rights referred to in the preceding paragraph.
(3) The use of the information specified in para. 1 of this Article, including but not limited to: copying, modification, reproduction, without the consent and permission of the Provider or the relevant intellectual property right holder, except in the cases explicitly provided for by law, is prohibited and constitutes a violation of the Provider’s rights on intellectual property, or on their respective media, if different from the Provider.
Art. 9. The Website may contain the names and trademarks of products, services or persons who represent or may represent trademarks owned by the Provider or by third parties. Access to the Website, as well as nothing in these Terms and Conditions or other content on the Website, should be understood and / or interpreted as constituting a license or right to use any such trademark, without the prior written consent of the Provider or the relevant third party owner of the intellectual property in question.
VI. Other terms
Art. 10. (1) The information and materials available on the Website (including, but not limited to: articles, images, messages, etc.) are informative, general and abstract in nature and do not represent, should be accepted or interpreted. such as advice, guidance and / or consultation provided by the Provider to any of the Users of the Website.

Art. 11. Any invalidity of any of the provisions of the General Terms and Conditions shall not lead to the invalidity of the whole contract.
Art. 12. These General Terms and Conditions shall enter into force for all Users as of 21.09.2017.
Art. 13. The General Terms and Conditions may be modified by the Provider at any time, with any change in the General Terms and Conditions effective against the Users without the explicit notice of the latter being required.
Art. 14. By using (including, but not limited to: browsing, clicking on links, entering information, etc.) of the Website and the information contained therein, the User expresses his unconditional agreement with the General Terms and any subsequent changes thereto, and that bound by them and will keep them.
