Cereals is a product produced from flour, to which are added vitamins and other ingredients. Produced through a process of extrusion (mixing, passing product through high pressure and swelling). Corn flakes is often used as a generic term for others flakes as well. However, there are oh the market rice, oat, wheat, barley flakes, etc. types. Flakes is usually homogeneous, but are also used mixtures of several species. There are different forms – of shells, leaves, beads, balls, etc.
