Description
Wheat:
Wheat is the world’s main bread plant. Wheat bread feeds on 70% of humanity. Culture is spread all over the globe. About 2.5 billion acres are sown annually. The largest areas of wheat are grown in Russia and other countries of the former USSR, the People’s Republic of China, the USA, India, Canada, Argentina and others. The most favorable conditions for wheat cultivation are in Dobrudja, followed by the other plains regions of Northern Bulgaria, Burgas District, etc. The conditions in the mountainous regions and Blagoevgrad District are unfavorable. The most widespread in the country is the so-called. soft (ordinary) winter wheat, which is used for the production of bread grain. In southern Bulgaria and near the northern Black Sea there are suitable conditions for growing durum wheat, grain suitable for the production of pasta, grain and more.
Wheat nuts are produced by a certain technology. First remove the wheat grain sheath. It is then dehydrated (usually undergoing steam treatment). It then goes through a thermal process before undergoing the flattening process. Cool completely to normal storage temperature before packing. This process stabilizes the wheat nuts. This whole process transforms saccharides into a simpler form and makes wheat nuts more easily digestible by the digestive system. Wheat kernels are a different delicacy to your diet. They can be added to muesli or various other pasta instead of flour. They also give a nice taste to the prepared product.
